Our location at the
intersection of I-90 and Highway 17 makes us the perfect home base for your
activities in and around Moses Lake. We can help you with places to go and
interesting things to do in our area. Just ask! |
| What is now commonly
referred to as the Columbia Basin was once a vast sagebrush prairie. Glacier
flooding on a scale not found anywhere else in the world, carved out huge
canyons and changed the course of the Columbia River. |

 |
Following Highway 17 North
you can visit these areas as you follow a chain of lakes all the way to the
Grand Coulee Dam 90 miles away. Dry Falls Interpretive Center located about
40 miles north, tells the story of the Great Missoula Floods, and how they
created the unique geological area in which we live. |
| If something more up-tempo
is to your liking, the Gorge Amphitheatre is only 30 miles West on I-90.
Voted several times as the best outdoor venue in America, the Gorge is
definitely a happening place. Incredible sunsets overlooking the Columbia
River and the mountains to the West coupled with your favorite band make
this a memorable site. |

Water sports, fishing,
hunting, bird watching, hiking, 4-wheeling and much more are available
throughout our area. During the season many communities host a Saturday
Farmers Market. Let us help you with a calendar of events, or click on our
links page to see what events are scheduled. |
